Welcome to Sensorium44 Sourdough Microbakery in Naarden!

We bake wholesome, naturally leavened sourdough bread every Friday.

Orders are strictly pre-order only.

To secure your loaf, place your order by Wednesday evening through our webshop or via WhatsApp.

You can collect your order from Sensorium44 on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

Our bread is made from very few organic and pure ingredients – mainly flour sourced from the nearby windmill in Weesp, water, and rock salt.

Each loaf is handmade in small batches, ensuring quality and freshness.

Our secret? We let our dough rise for at least 30 hours, using Sophia - our 23-year-old wild yeast and bacteria sourdough culture - before baking it in a brick oven.

This slow process breaks down starches and gluten, making the bread easier to digest with a rich flavor and hearty texture.
